Summary: This document is a preliminary version (v1) of a Charter for ASPECT Associate Partners. It will be revised and updated throughout the project as ASPECT obtains feedback on the concerns and needs.
This deliverable describes how ASPECT is seeking to work with a wide variety of stakeholders in order to define and adopt best practice related to the application of standards and specifications for digital content used in schools. It includes answers to the following questions:

• Who can participate in ASPECT? How?
